CANOPY KIOSKS
The Canopy Series offers enhanced visibility and weather protection for informational panels in parks, hospitality settings, and commercial properties. With optional backers and half or full roof configurations, this system balances structural strength with refined presentation.
Protection. Presence. Performance.Half Roof
Half roof reduces sun exposure and provides shade for easier viewing.
Full Roof
Provides full overhead coverage for maximum weather protection. Ideal for high-traffic environments and long-term outdoor durability.
Backers
Backer panels provide additional support and display space. Commonly used in high wind or high-use areas, backers allow smaller panels, such as fire warnings, seasonal notices, or rule updates to be mounted alongside primary informational signage.
printed SIgns
Printed sign panels provide a durable way to display maps, rules, educational information, and directional guidance within kiosk systems. Designed to mount directly to Arizona Plasma kiosks, these panels are commonly used in parks, trails, conservation areas, and public spaces where clear communication and long-term visibility are important. Panels can also incorporate sponsor recognition, allow project partners and supporting organizations to be acknowledged on site.
Install Guides
Arizona Plasma install guides are designed to simplify kiosk installation in both remote and developed environments. These reusable guides help ensure accurate post spacing and alignment during installation, allowing crews to install kiosks quickly and consistently. Built for durability and repeat use, install guides make the process more efficient while helping maintain structural accuracy in the field.

Bolts
Arizona Plasma fabricates custom metal signs designed to combine strong design with long-term durability.
CUSTOM METAL SIGNS
Single Layer Metal Signs
Single layer signs are cut from one sheet of steel. The design is created by cutting the artwork directly into the metal so the entire sign remains one solid piece. Small connection lines hold the interior shapes in place, keeping the design strong and readable.
Add a Backer
Adding a backer places a solid panel behind the cut metal design. This creates contrast, improves readability, and allows for additional color combinations. Backers can be mounted directly behind the sign, or installed with standoffs to add depth and room for lights

Add Backer Adds a background plate
Standoffs Between Layers Adds depth between layers
Standoffs on Back Floats the sign off the wall
Sign Mounting Options
Signs can be installed in several ways depending on the surface and desired look. We can pre-drill mounting holes through the face of the sign for secure installation, allowing single layer signs to bolt flat to a wall, post, or backing surface, best for flat, even areas. Matching hardware is available in our Sign Bolts section.
Standoffs can also be used to space the sign away from the wall, typically between ½" and 1½", creating a dimensional, elevated appearance. This works well on uneven surfaces and can allow lighting behind the sign

Kiosk Install
1. Prepare the Site & Dig Post Holes
Select and mark the kiosk location, then measure and mark the post placement according to your kiosk dimensions. Check that the layout is square and properly aligned before digging. As a general guide, prepare approximately 12" × 12" holes, 36" deep, and plan for approximately four 60-lb bags of concrete per post.
Site Note: Hole dimensions, depth and concrete requirements may vary based on soil conditions, frost depth, local codes and site requirements. Always verify underground utilities before digging and adjust the foundation as needed for the installation location.
2. Set & Align the Posts
Place the posts into the prepared holes and loosely attach the kiosk panel to help establish the correct post spacing. Check that the posts are plumb, level and aligned, then brace everything securely before adding concrete. Recheck all measurements and alignment before allowing the concrete to cure.
3. Install the Roof
Once the posts are securely set and the concrete has cured, position the roof onto the kiosk posts. Align the roof with the kiosk and securely fasten it using the provided mounting hardware. Check that the roof is level and all hardware is tightened before moving on to the next step.
4. Install the Signs
Position the sign panels on the kiosk and align them with the predrilled mounting holes. Secure each sign using the provided mounting hardware, checking that the panels are straight and properly aligned before fully tightening the bolts.
